FAQs

Are the gift baskets pre-made? 

No. While the themes may be similar, each gift is curated just for you and your recipient! That way it is personalized for your occasion. However, if you see a gift on the site that you really like, let me know when you order, and I will do my best to make it as similar as possible! 

How do I order?

To order (or even inquire about a possible gift), please complete the Personal Gift Form or the Business Gift Form then, I will be in touch with you to discuss your gifting needs. That is it! 

What if I do not know what to get?

That is exactly why I am here! Give us as much info as you like about the recipient or the thoughts/emotions you want to convey, and I will do the rest! 

What if I have a limited budget?

No problem! I will work within your means to create a thoughtful gift. 

Can the gift be delivered? 

I will work with you to get the gift where it needs to go! Free pick-up is available along with a small charge for local delivery (within Manhattan, KS). If you would like to mail the gift, I can do that for you as well!

Is it possible to buy multiple of the same gift?

Of course! If your gifting needs are many, I can create a gift that can be duplicated multiple times or I can create similar (but not identical) gifts for the many recipients in your life. 

Do you create corporate gifts? 

Yes! I will gladly work with you to create a gift that shows your employees or customers how much you care.

Are exchanges or refunds possible?

I hope everyone is completely satisfied with the gift they order. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let me know so that we can take the appropriate actions. Since much time and care is placed into the curation of each gift, refunds are not possible but proper exchanges may be able to be made.
